Hi,
We received a PEXA invitation from the vendor's representative (who apparently created the transfer document). However, we can't open the documents in the documents screen, and can only view the details pertaining to them.
Therefore, we created a new transfer document as we are representing an incoming proprietor and edited the NOA. The documents screen now shows 1 lodgment instructions, 2 transfers, and 2 NOAs and the Document Verification Results do not show if they are successful or not.
When we move to the Stamp Duty section the SRO transaction ID does not appear as well.
We would appreciate if anyone could help us with that.

It looks like the fact you couldn't edit the transfer has led to some issues on the Documents screen, including document verification.
You shouldn't require multiple transfer documents for the one transaction, as both parties (incoming proprietor and proprietor on title) should have the ability to view and edit. See screenshot:
As it appears you now have multiple transfer documents, your exact situation is probably best to be answered with a call to our Support Centre.
