Duty Verification

Good Morning,

I have been trying to Verify my Duty and get the following message??

"Duty cannot be verified as the mandatory data required for verification is not complete for the Transfer. Duty verification will be automatically triggered when all mandatory data exists in the workspace for the Transfer."

Have checked everything, can't find the problem??? no idea what this means.

Thanks

Regards

Connie

Solution

Re: Duty Verification

Hi @Settlement (Connie),

For an instance like this I would recommend you call through to our Member Support line on 1300 084 515 as it seems there is some information that may be missing in your transfer document. In Member Support we can assist by looking at the transfer document along with you to help identify where the discrepancy could be.

Regards,

Isaac

Solution

Re: Duty Verification

Hi Connie- have you enter the 7 digits in the first box and then the last three numbers in the second box (eg my code for a transfer I just entered was 001).

Also make sure when on the EDR page entering the dutiable transaction you select that it is a PEXA settlement.

Hope this assists.

Re: Duty Verification

Hi,

I've had this a few times recently and for mine I found there was under the Participants Tab and blue i over the Proprietor on Titles Names and when clicked it says there is identification information missing.

If this is the case ask the responsible subscriber to check they have enter the dates of birth. If they have ask them to re enter the Proprietors information. This should then remove the blue i over the Proprietor on Titles name and you can then go back and verify Duty.

Hope this works for you too.
