Details of the certificate of title held in the top section.

Produced by - your firm details to be included here including phone number.

Purpose for which document is produced - here you need to state the documents of the workspace.

In the first line - Dealing type - insert 'Transfer' - Parties Receiving - Insert transferee details (full name of each transferee - transferor details not required)

Complete the second line item if there is a mortgage (Dealing type mortgage. Parties receiving - name of incoming mortgagee.

Can I ask a question, we are send original titles to LRS for a CoRD Consent on a Notice of Death on PEXA.  What do I write in the Dealing Type and Parties Receiving sections?
