I can't select 'I Represent This Party' for my client. I represent the Vendor.

Did you find an answer to your question?
Usually, this only occurs if your role in the workspace doesn't align with the Party's role.
It would be strange if your representing the vendor (Proprietor in Title) in the workspace, and you are unable to represent an "unrepresented party" who is the proprietor on title.
Please let me know how you went and whether I can provide any assistance.

We act for both the proprietor on title and the incoming proprietor. It is a transfer without monetary consideration between husband and wife and no matter how many times I create the parties and in whatever order, it will not allow me to act for both of them. Are you able to assist please?

Just to double check, have you switched to the correct role, before you edit the party and select your representation? You'll see the role on the top left menu bar, and to switch your role, navigate to the Workspace Settings.
Let me know and I can help investigate any other reasons why this maybe happening for you.
