Editing an incorrect particpant

Hi there,

When the PEXA Workspace was opened I was incorrectly shown as incoming proprietor when in fact I act for the proprietor on title.

I do have the correct role but this incorrect label has remained on the workspace and neither of the parties' representatives can remove it and now it requires my tick to allow settlement to proceed without the TAC in place and I cannot tick it as my participation is still pending and I cannot accept.

What to do?

All sorted.

Weird but I had a 'shadow" workspace for the same matter with the same ID and I had to go into that one to accept the incorrect label and then everything was fine.

Yes this sounds similar to when acting for two different roles in the same matter. 

For reference - whenever acting for multiple roles, the workspace will show multiple times i.e. once as incoming, once as outgoing, you can change roles either via the Dashboard or by clicking Workspace Settings within the matter (we use Workspace Settings as this means we do not need to leave the matter).
