We act for the Landlord in NSW. The Lease documents are completed (including 07L) on paper. The consent to lease and cORD Holder consent received in paper form by the bank.
Can we create a workspace now and lodge the lease on PEXA? Do we still have to invite the bank in as a Consentor?
In NSW the Lessor and the Lessee need to be represented to proceed with registering the Lease electronically.
If the workspace is proceeding - yes the Financial institution will need to be invited as Consentor to the workspace & documents created within.
The Cord Consent you are holding would be advising the Land Registry you are lodging a paper lease.
