I am getting this message on the stamping details page. It has happened before but i can't remember how to fix it. I have been on hold with PEXA now for 40 mins and i am still 7th in queue.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

These errors on the NSW Stamp Duty are usually very easy to rectify. Your first point of call should be the NSW OSR E-Conveyancing Error Resolution Guide which outlines all the possible errors for NSW duties, and contains easy to follow steps to resolve any discrepancies (usually by completing the E-Conveyancing Error Resolution Form).
Alternatively, you can call the NSW OSR E-Conveyancing Team on 1300 208 528 and they will be happy to look into this one with you.

Though not certain there are error codes to resolve in the case of WA ROL (yet).

Great question and very timely. We are currently putting something similar together for WA users to reference when dealing with stamp duty verification errors as we know this is causing some issues out there.
We will be sure to share this with the Community and our industry bodies to ensure everyone has access to the information.

I act for purchaser and sent documents to Revenue NSW for assessment for FHBAS, the stamped documents have been returned to me. I entered the Transaction Number into the PEXA workspace but verification does not go through. PEXA is telling me to COMPLETE STAMP DUTY ASSESSMENT IN EDR SYSTEM (which I have done) and MANUALLY TRIGGER STAMP DUTY VERIFICATION (which I have done) but it gets stuck on Verifying..... Electronic Duties section of Revenue NSW have verbally confirmed that it is verified on their end....I have sent Feedback to PEXA from the workspace. Settlement due on 1 Feb 2019 so need to get this sorted asap. Thanks.

For urgent Workspace issues, such as you are describing, you are best placed to contact our Support Centre on 1300 084 515 who can provide you the necessary assistance in a timely manner. If there is a technical issue with OSR, then our second level tech team will liaise with them directly.

Thanks for providing the link to the error resolution form. Unfortunatly, the link no longer works, and takes you to a page saying that the form is no longer available.

Revenue NSW have advised that they can confirm the ODA 073 error resolution form is indeed gone. They will be promoting a more streamlined and user friendly approach via email or telephone. They will also launch a new e-conveyancing page shortly too.
