Trying to sign off...
Just refreshing the Page, to check if a lender has signed off...
But my favorite one is... LIMBO
After the Settlement time passes the Workspace neither progresses NOR fails...
Just to finish off the day... why not throw this one around... 
When Dashboard link disappears entirely, must be time to go home!
