First off, I apologise if this has already been asked ...
I am handling a matrimonial Refinance (my client received the property via Court Orders) and is using the same financial institution for the new loan. I always get confused with regards to the PEXA Workspace fee.
If there is both a discharging and incoming mortgagee are they responsible for the PEXA Workspace fee that currently shows against my firm's name?
This always confuses me and I would like to find out finally so I don't stress with other matrimonial refinances our firm does.
