A final reminder that the regulator of e-Conveyancing, the Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC), is now taking submissions on key regulatory documents until 31 January 2017.
During the consultation period, ARNECC invites feedback from all industry stakeholder groups and participants.
You can view the Model Participation Rules Version 4 Consultation Draft on the ARNECC website here. If you would like to provide feedback to ARNECC, please contact your industry body or make a written submission directly to ARNECC via chair@arnecc.gov.au.
