The sale of our house was finalised before noon on Friday 21st August. We were advised funds would be in our nominated account that day, even if early evening.
It is now Sunday evening, so 3 days and no funds expect for the deposit. No one I can check with and the bank said they cannot see anything.
I am not happy about this process at all. Id like to know where our money is??

I'm sorry to hear the funds from your settlement have not yet arrived. Different banks do process receipts of funds in different timeframes, so it could be that this has not yet occurred. Unfortunately, due to this, we're unable to guarantee a time of receipt (and while funds often do appear same day, there are also many instances where they take a little longer).
As a first step, can you please confirm with your lawyer or conveyancer the account details they entered into PEXA? From there, if there is an issue, please ask them to contact our Member Support team for assistance.

Just in case, are you aware of the PEXA Seller funds Guarantee?
There is also a Guarantee for the use of PEXA Key...
