Thanks @SueDakin for you question at today's Release 7 webcast. Sue asks - How can we lodge documents such as caveats for other jurisdictions? We're in NSW and want to be able to complete QLD matters.

Hi @SueDakin

To lodge instruments in a jurisdiction, you need to be activated in that jurisdiction. When you first registered with PEXA, you would have nominated which jurisdiction(s) you wanted to transact in. To add a jurisdiction, contact our team at registration@pexa.com.au

You will need to be eligible for each jurisdiction nominated, so it is important to note that only legal practices are eligible to be Representative Subscribers in Queensland.
