How do I create a discharge authority?

Thank you for your question. At present, a discharge authority is completed outside of PEXA. Each discharge authority is unique and is dependent on the outgoing bank's specific requirements. 

To assist in the discharge authority process, we have functionality in PEXA that allows you to upload the completed discharge authority into your workspace using the Files screen and also indicate via the Workspace Summary screen, that the forms have been signed and sent through to the bank.

Just a thought.

Is there perhaps an opportunity to have a link, somewhere within the PEXA website (not necessarily on the Dashboard), to each FI's online discharge authority?

I know that some FI's only accept online submission of DA's. rather than a paper document.

Yes, great idea. We'll look into this, as your suggestion definitely makes a lot of sense.

I'll investigate a possible solution: We could place a list on our community, the PEXA website, or even via our new dashboard "PEXAplus", which is in development as we speak.

I'll follow-up with the team and see what can be done.

Is PEXAPlus intended for FI's as well? Or is it just for convenacers?

Or am I confusing PEXAPlus with something else?

Are these links also held somewhere on the general PEXA website, rather than needing to be in PEXA Community to access them?

Somewhere that would be relatively easy for a one time visitor, say a Customer,  find?
