To invite other participants to your Workspace, follow these steps:
Invite Participants to Join a Workspace: 1. Open your Workspace and select Participants from the left navigation panel 2. On the Participants screen select Participant and then Invite Participant 3. In the Participant field, type or search for your intended Participant 4. Select their Role from the drop-down list* 5. Enter the Party represented (optional) 6. Enter Notes if additional information is required. For example, “Please join this workspace and confirm that the settlement date is achievable” 7. Select Send Invitations
*When inviting other Subscribers to join a Workspace, you must specify the representative role of the Subscriber you are inviting (e.g. Mortgagee on Title).
