How do I track the record of fees paid by BY AUTHORITY TO Property Exchang ARDDxxx

My bank account (office account, not trust account) sometimes shows records such as "PAYMENT BY AUTHORITY TO Property Exchang ARDDxxxxxxxx". The charges are some small monies of few dollars to some over $100. I tried to search the fee payments in PEXA search box, but no results were found. I cannot figure out which matter this direct debit charge is related to which workspace in PEXA.  My PEXA setup is all the charges such as PEXA fees for settlement will come from the "source funds" under the workspace, so I am puzzled by those fees direct debited from our office account and wish to have an easy way to track the records.

Hi there

I believe certain matters do not require source funds and instead charge the office account directly (i.e. applications by surviving proprietor).  The way to match these up to your matters should be via the invoice PEXA automatically the next day.
