We currently use Smokeball and Infotrack. Smokeball integrates with Infotrack which also integrates with PEXA. However we cannot login because when we initially joined PEXA we did not nominate a login channel.
How do we change this? There does not appear to be a way to do this in the Adminstrator Tools.

You can have a subscriber manager within your office send an email through to email@example.com and we will update this for you. in the meantime, you may need to contact InfoTrack to ensure that they have completed their end of the integration for your firm.
