Would like to know the process of how to register a new registered proprietor for a property. Do you need to lodge a Transfer in PEXA?

To register a new proprietor on title, a Transfer document will need to be lodged. However depending on the type of your transaction, either a Transfer or a Part Tenancy Transfer will be applicable.
