How to load a Discharge of Mortgage of Lease in PEXA

What options in PEXA should be selected if we are discharging a Mortgage of Lease. If Mortgagee on Title is selected, there is no option to select the mortgage number. Now that LRS is 100% electronic, we should be able to discharge in PEXA.

Discharge of Mortgage of Lease NSW can be lodged as a Dealing with Exceptions document via PEXA.

Please contact the Land Registry for more advice on the type of document to select.
