We have integrated via affinity and also Infotrack.
From a training perspective, staff should focus on getting PEXA right first.
Once they have the reigns on that, worry about integrations.
PEXA is changing every month and sometimes they are major changes so potentially there is downtime for Infotrack to be catching up, although I’d like to know if Infotrack are in the loop before upcoming update releases.
The integration does create a workspace and populate a lot of the fields but for us currently it does not assign a workgroup, which for us that means it sends notifications to a lot of people, mind you we are already getting a lot of notifications let alone them going to too many people.
But I am sure things will keep improving so I do see some potential the integration could save some time down the track. (if Infotrack keeps up with pexa opposed to trying to go out and create their own Elno)
