We had a scenario today where the information in a Workspace that we created prior to lodging a transmission was not refreshing
On the 7th of May we created a Workspace - lets say where Dave was the POT on title.
On the 9th of May in a different Workspace a Transmission was registered where Dave is deceased and Steve the executor was now POT - the title changed to eCT at this point.
What we identified today was that doing a information resupply or TAC recheck on the old workspace does not pull the new information in post registration of the transmission.
So the 7th of May workspace still lists Dave as the POT and the title being in the Paper format. Hopefully we arent charged for the information resupply being that it has not done anything....
Does anyone know if we are doing something wrong?

We are having a similar issue on our end.
are you able to advise what the solution / outcome of this matter was ?

We called PEXA Support and basically they were able to correct the issue to display the correct information.
The training article was updated as per the below picture:
In relation to the information re-supply we did, we were offered a refund but to be honest, that was going to cause more issues and time of making sure the client received that etc.
