I have interdependent contracts (2) and I am unsure whether I do one or more workspaces. The proprietor on title is the same for each contract as is the solicitor for the proprietor on title. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, April.

The transfers relate to 2 properties being sold by the same vendor to our client with 2 separate titles. For some reason two contracts were prepared by the vendor's solicitor and exchanged. I think I have worked it out in that I did one workspace and put 2 titles in that workspace. The only thing I have to remember is to aggregate the contract price for transfer duty purposes with Revenue NSW.

HI @Aprilh
Can you provide some more detail?
For example are the required instruments as follows?
1. Transfer of title 1 from A to B
2. Mortgage on title 1 by D
3. Transfer of title 2 from A to C
4. Mortgage on title 2 by E
Outside of the required instruments, are the transactions considered to be part of one arrangement?
