Is there a way for our subscriber reference to be noted when PEXA deducts fees from our general office account? (eg. for caveats) We would like to better identify PEXA fees and quickly allocate them to our relevant matters.
The subscriber reference is provided in the 'workplace transaction detail' section of the invoice which can usually be found on the last page of the pdf. In addition, all workspace information including the subscriber WS reference can be found in the accompanying invoice CSV file. This can also be quite useful when performing bank account reconciliations, record keeping and the like.
