Is it possible to change the tenancy from Joint tenants to Tenants in common within PEXA?
Hi, I wish to change the current tenancy (joint tenants) to tenants in Common in equal shares. Is is something we can do through PEXA? And if so, kindly assist. Thanks
A Change in Manner of Holding can be completed through PEXA. However, depending on the jurisdiction of the property the documents and process may differ.
