Does the NSW ORG have a timeframe for when the VOI Guidance video will be published?
on 31-05-2018 10:13 AM
Thanks for your question. The VOI Guidance video is currently in the final stages of editing and we anticipate it should be up on the NSW ORG eConveyancing website in the next few weeks.
We are also producing a separate Client Authorisation video along with a suite of others that are in the pipeline.
Thanks for your interest!

Thanks for your reply on the VOI video.
Could you please provide an update on the progress of bulk conversion of paper CTs to eCTs and is there any particular guidance expected to be published that we should look out for?
Also, is there an intention (or a timeframe) to bring NSW Water Access Licenses to the ELNO environment. I understand that they may be held on a separate platform that is not integrated.
Thanks and kind regards

We are well underway with planning with the banking industry regarding the bulk conversion program. The program will have four successive "runs" over the September weekends to have all ADI held titles converted from paper certificates of title to electronic.
NSW Land Registry Services will be putting out information on the dates of conversion for each of the banks and NSW ORG will issue information for practitioners and the wider industry so they can understand what impacts (if any) the bulk conversion will have on settlements happening over that time.
As for Water Access Licence, it is being considered for electronic lodgement for a start date sometime in 2020. You're right that the WAL register is separate, and that is the challenge of bringing it into the ELNO environment.

What happens if you lodge a paper transfer after 1 July 2018 for a standalone transfer transaction?
Is there an easily accessible list for exceptions (if any)?
