Joint tenancy

Hi

I am new to PEXA. A and B who are a married couple, are equal share joint tenants of a house in NSW. They plan to gift their house to their son, C. The same solicitor will act for A, B and C. I have a PEXA client authorisation form version 5.0 in paper form.  Should A and B sign the same authorisation form (with A as "client 1" and B as "client 2" respectively)? Or, should A and B sign separate PEXA client authorisation forms?  If they sign separate forms, would that incur more fees? There is no placeholder for the type of tenancy. How can I indicate on the form that A and B are equal share joint tenants?

Should a hard copy Transfer without Monetary Consideration form be hand-lodged? Or, can the above transfer be processed electronically?

Thanks
