Lease period does not match dates provided

I am having trouble creating a lease in Documents.

The lease commenced 16 June 2021 and ends 30 June 2026.

I entered the lease period as 5 years and 14 days.

I get an unsuccessful document error message: Lease period does not match dates provided.

Am I wrong with my maths or is something else going on?

Dan

Solution

Re: Lease period does not match dates provided

Thanks, Sally.

I took your suggestion and asked Support by email.

Within a very short time they got back to me and suggested I try entering 15 days instead of 14 days.

I did that and the lease document was verified successfully.

So, it must have been my maths that was the problem.

Thanks, Dan
