Lease registration in NSW

We act for the landlord and the mortgagee bank has given us their consent to register the lease.  How do I register the lease in PEXA?  Any workflow documentation available?

Hi Michael,

Today it is not possible to create and lodge a lease in PEXA.    The capability to electronically lodge a lease will be available in NSW from PEXA R9.0 which is scheduled for November 2018.

If so, can we also lodge a Request to have an expired lease removed on PEXA?

Hi Mandy

The ability to create and lodge a Lease in NSW will be available in PEXA from Dec 10, 2018 as part of PEXA Release 9.0.1.

Unfortunately, electronic surrender of lease, or lodgement of sub-lease will not be available until mid 2019, because PEXA will not receive Lease information in Land Title Data from NSW LRS until mid 2019.

Can we register leases and variations on PEXA yet, I note we have some PEXA referenace numbers for mortgagee, it would be good if we could do these online. I THOUGHT TODAY WAS THE DAY.
