Legal Fee for Delayed Settlement

Hi,

Oir settlement was delayed and we now are ready to close thw book but apart from the interest and re-scheduling fee, the other party charged us 770 leagl cost apparently pursuant to SC 24. Is this allowed considering it was not stated in the contract. Can we dispute this fee?

Re: Legal Fee for Delayed Settlement

This is not legal advice, just English comprehension advice:

"the other party charged us 770 leagl cost apparently pursuant to SC 24. Is this allowed considering it was not stated in the contract."

The reference to "SC24" means it should be in Special Condition 24 of the Contract. Have you looked there?
