When we process a transfer where there is no mortgagee, the original title deed is sent back to our registered office (as entered in the PEXA system) where it would previously just be placed into our LRS box.
Is there a way to get PEXA to direct the LRS to put original documents in the collection box rather than waiting for the originals to arrive in the mail?
As we move towards more online lodgments for leases and the like, there will be more and more original documents required to be posted by the LRS so it would be quicker and easier (and safer) to just have them placed into the customer box. If we aren't utilising the customer box services anymore, what will they be used for?

@Jgal3 this can be updated by your firm in the LRS details under the admin settings.

That's what I thought but I cannot see any option for a box number? It only allows a street address.
Do you know where specifically under admin settings it is entered?

Give the support team a call and they will assist.

@MConvey PEXA support have advised that the link to an LRS box number is not supported.
Maybe they will add that feature down the track since all lodgments are processed through PEXA these days.
Thanks anyway !

@Jgal3 Hi. Refer to EConveyancingNSW <eConveyancingNSW@nswlrs.com.au> - they advise that you can still nominate an LRS collection box for the delivery of documents.

Yes, that applies for documents lodged at LRS only. It does not correlate to the PEXA workspaces so when a title/dealing is to be returned to us it is being sent by registered post.
