I am attempting to lodge my first Caveat - in my first workspace.
I keep getting an "Unsuccessful" response on the Lodgement Instructions line - referring to one error, but it doesn't say what the error is.
The document line is indicating "successful".
The only things I have noted in the Lodgement Instructions page is that the LR Customer reference is a number I don't recognize (not the same as my Titles Office Customer code), and the fees are showing as $0.
Otherwise it all seems correct

Hi @SRJ,
Great to hear you're jumping on board!
If this is the first transaction you're completing through PEXA, it would be worth checking you have verified your accounts. When we set you up as a subscriber, we would have input the details of your trust and office accounts in your PEXA profile, and these need to be verified before use.
Relevantly to your caveat, if you have not verified your office account (from which both the PEXA and land registry fees are debited), you will not be able to sign your documents.
There are some instructions here to help with verifying your accounts, but please do not hesitate to contact PEXA Support on 1300 084 515 should you need assistance.

Heather, Thanks for your prompt reply. I have now verified my Trust and Fee paying accounts, but am getting the same response.
Is it meant to be possible to read the error message to find out what the problem is? I can't seem to be able to open any link to it.
The LR Customer reference in the Lodgement Instructions can't be edited and I don't know what it is - is this a number generated by PEXA?
Should the lodging fee show up in the form - It's $0 at the moment and I can't edit it either.
Sorry to be a pest

Hi @SRJ,
The LR customer code you are seeing is actually your VOTS (Victorian Online Title System) Code or, in other words, your electronic customer code. This will differ from the number you are accustomed to entering on your paper instruments.
Now that you have verified your accounts, it may be worthwhile triggering what is known as Lodgement Verification (explanation of this here), which you can do by editing and saving the Lodgement Instructions.
Failing this, please call PEXA Support on 1300 084 515 and they will be able to assist.
