Good morning, Is the Lodgement Registry not available for a particular period of time? I have been trying for 30 minutes.

I've spoken with our Support Desk team. They have confirmed that we aren't aware of any issues in VIC at the moment. We are aware of intermittent issues in NSW impacting one service (Lodgement Verification Services) however all other services ie. lodgement are not impacted. I will update you when I hear more.

Were you trying to transact in Western Australia? Lodgement is available from 8.30am - 4.30pm AWT, therefore I believe you may have been attempting to transact in WA before they opened - timing for VIC would be from 11.30am AEDT.
If you try now, you shouldn't have any issues.
