I am discharging a private mortgage and we do not want to retain CT control of the title but on the issuing instructions required, the CT issued to only has back to us. Is there any way to nominate another company?

If you are transacting a standalone Discharge of Mortgage, you will not be able to issue the CT to another party without them be a transacting party to the lodgement case.
However, once the Discharge is Mortgage is registered and you hold ECT control, you can then Transfer the CT control to a nominated party.
