Hi,
We act for the operators of retirement villages in different Australian states and have to lodge lease, sudleases, and their surrenders for registration on an ongoing basis, in particular in NSW. We look forward to being able to do this electronically.
I have read another post saying that the capability to electronically lodge a lease will be available in NSW from PEXA R9.0 which is scheduled for November 2018.
Is it still on track and, to get ready, where can we read the terms and requirements which will apply to effect such electronic lease lodgments with NSW LRS via PEXA?

NSW Lease will be available in PEXA in Release R9.0.1 (December 2018).
Surrender of Lease will be available in a later release and this will depend on the priorities of the NSW Land Registry.
There will be release notes available before December, but if you would like to discuss in more detail, or if you have any specific questions on NSW Leases, please let me know.

Hi Travis,
Just having a look at the new release notes (Release R9.0.1) and I have the following questions:
- Which leases can be prepared in PEXA? Fair Trading leases only?
- Can a stand alone lease be completed and registered via PEXA?
- What are Conditions and Provisions?

Sorry for the late response on this.
Standalone Leases can be lodged through PEXA. In addition, multiple leases can be lodged in the same PEXA workspace, as well as Transfer followed by Lease whereby the new purchaser is the Landlord (Lessor).
In regards to your other questions, I will refer you to the guidelines published by the NSW LRS. They are fairly detailed in parts and should answer your questions:
