Lodging a Caveat - NSW

Hi All,

Victorian Lawyer here trying to lodge a caveat on a property in NSW. We have set up jurisdiction so we are able to do this. However, the actions prohibited are worded rather differently to Victoria. We need caveat to be lodged as security for costs pursuant to a charging clause in a cost agreement. So I presume that the claim details are a charge with the category being agreement. Is any one able to steer me in the right direction for the correct category for the appropriate action prohibited. The NSW Land Registry documentation is not overly user friendly. Is there a more helpful document somewhere?

Any help would be appreciated Smiley Happy

Re: Lodging a Caveat - NSW

Thank you @verahanna! I must have been looking at the paper conveyancing document on the registry website which wasn't making much sense.

The e-conveyancing TAB is more helpful.
