Lodging a Request Form 11R

I need to lodge a NSW Request Form 11R with a number of accompanying documents. The request does not relate to a Lot - it relates only to a DP and a Form 2 under the Pipelines Act 1967 (NSW). I can't see how to create a workspace without a Lot reference. How do I do that?

You may be able to lodge this using the Miscellaneous Dealing (and prescribed title NO/REF/99999) however we recommend emailing the eConveyancing Team at NSW LRS to obtain some lodgement advice and to avoid requisition- econveyancingnsw@nswlrs.com.au
