Hi Team
I am in the process of wanting to lodge a second ranking mortgage over a non-issue title. Do we go through the same steps as a normal paper registration where we require consent from the first ranking bank?
I know the process for a paper CT but not non-issue.

Have you seen this post? How do second mortgages work in PEXA. I think it might have what you're looking for.

You can lodge a second mortgage over an eCT in WA at any time through PEXA. You do not actually need consent from the first mortgagee to lodge a second.
If you have a confirmation of debt process that you go through to verify the first mortgage exposure then you can continue to do that process but you do not actually need their consent to lodge.
