When will this issue be fixed? It seems amazing that Mac users are being asked not to update to a later version to run their mac

Thanks for your question - it's very timely. 

The impact of the issue has been felt across many organisations (not just PEXA), and we have been working closely with our vendor on a solution. 

I'll PM you with some specifics on this, but in the meantime it's important to note that Apple is still providing support for Mojave.
