why is my workspace telling me to 'manually trigger stamp duty verification'? it is a related parties transaction but when I go into stamp duty it is already 'verified'.
why is my transfer in a different related parties transfer still showing as 'in preparation' and asking me to complete? i have gone through the form and cannot see any errors. the Acquisition is in 'prepared' status.

Hi @Larraine,
Stamp Duty must have encountered an error earlier this morning, but it was successfully retriggered at 11am. So that issue is now resolved. However, it looks like there’s still a bit of work to be completed for this workspace to settle today. Hopefully all participants will complete their tasks by end of day.

I am also getting the same error message with one of my matters that is due to settle in 1/2 hour. There is a button to submit the Transfer Verification manually but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Just saw your message. Not sure what caused the Stamp Duty technical error. But I see now that your workspace is settling.
Hopefully you don't encounter the issue again.
