I conducted my first training yesterday for a small conveyancing group. I was advised that there have been issues with adding the middle name in the Transfer of Land and how this is processed through to the SRO. I have been advised that the middle name is repeated in the First Name field. I have not actually witnessed this myself and I have been advised that the PEXA helpdesk was called in relation to this issue. I was wondering if you had anything in this regard and whether the issue is now resolved?
