Multi factor identification

I job share with another lady who will sometimes need to log in to PEXA on my days off not to sign off on anything but just to do other things.  She doesn't have a separate log in so how will this work?

Re: Multi factor identification

Hi @AmandaB

Given the recent issues involving multi user sign on, and given that your colleague will need to do this at least semi-regularly, I suggest you arrange for her own sign on certificate.

If you choose to allow her to use your sign on, then I suspect you are also then responsible for her actions.

I assume that your sign on does allow signing of documents/FSS? If so she will also be able to do that, if she is using your sign on.

Thanks
Brett

Re: Multi factor identification

Hi @AmandaB

It has never been acceptable to share credentials. This is part of PEXA's Security Policy, see below:

"Subscribers must ensure that passwords, PINs and passphrases used in the PEXA System by Users are:  not disclosed to anyone, including a colleague, supervisor, family member or friend".

Your Subscriber Manager is responsible for creating additional users. You should also now cease all sharing of credentials.
