Yes there will be an incoming mortgagee on all the titles. The issue is the FSS. They system doesn't seem to like it if we don't place a payout figure in the 2nd workspace. As we only have one payout figure, do we have to put 50% of the payout amount in the first workspace and 50% in the 2nd workspace?

We've heard back from PEXA Support and this transaction is not in scope for PEXA as it would have required multiple justifications in one workspace. Currently PEXA only supports one justification per workspace.

Is there a limit to how many titles can be on the one transfer within a workspace?
We have a transaction (rural property made up of 10 titles) but it has split them into two separate transfers and two Notice of Sales in the workspace.
When registered a transfer with multiple titles manually the limit is 20 per Transfer - is this not the case in PEXA?

Yes - it turned out my issue was actually that the company's name had varied on on title. Noted as Pty Ltd on majority of titles whilst it was Pty Limited on one.
