I would like to know whether the following transactions can be processed all in one workspace. These all related to one NSW property.
a caveat by an incoming caveator
a withdrawal of caveat by an existing caveator
a mortgage by an incoming mortgagee for a first registered mortgage
a mortgagee by another incoming mortgagee for a second registered mortgage
transfer from vendor to purchaser
financial settlement with respect to all of the above - the mortage loans will pay out the existing caveator in return for withdrawing the caveat on settlement as well as paying the vendor for the sale proceeds.
