My settlement agent has failed the settlement because the PEXA usb was not valid
They said that the PEXA USB was not valid/operational, so they couldn't finalise the settlement. I am the seller. What should I do? I have asked the buyer for the settlement extension, and 5 business days extension has been granted. However, I am not sure the settlement agent will receive the new USB from PEXA (Melbourne office) in-time, and I am afraid the settlement could be failed again. What should I do? Can I change the settlement agent now? Thanks!
Re: My settlement agent has failed the settlement because the PEXA usb was not valid
My understanding is that PEXA support are fairly rapid issuing a new/replacement Digital Certificate, after conducting some troubleshooting, it might rely on the post/courier to arrive where it needs to go.
A possibly faster option may be for the (perhaps temporary) issue of a Soft Token/Key/Digital Certificate, but that would still need to issue from PEXA after subscriber completes the process with PEXA.
