We have a linked lodgement and as far as we are aware, everything was set up correctly.
How can something that is linked, begin settling and unready.
Again - i am on the phone 40+mins and only now just 9th in the queue.
Account manager isnt answering, neither is exec manager.
We need in this case clear direction - do we need to adjust the settlement date/time & why is it stuck in prepared status - everything is signed and looks good (double checked and triple checked).

All fixed up and ready to go for this afternoon. The issue appeared to be linking a simultaneous settlement workspace with a linked lodgement workspace. PEXA currently only caters to either a linked lodgement or simultaneous settlement.

Might be worthwhile explaining on here also what occurred in case we can assist others.
As per the screenshot - it looks as though one workspace started settling.
Do we know why the system displayed that and was it rolled back manually or automatically?
