What else can we do if the vendor's representative does not respond to conversations and email request if they agree to our adjustments. We need their response so we can provide the funds required to settle. It is very frustrating as we also need to advise our client of the amount for the shortfall so they can make a deposit to their account.

If unable to contact by any other means, personally I would make my WS ready and sign off on my own figures
