NSW Change of Name Justification

I am trying to register a Change of Name on the basis that my clients name is incorrectly spelt on the Title.

When trying to prepare the Justification on the PEXA workspace none of the possible selections are correct for the circumstances.

Can someone please provide me with some assistance in registering the Change of Name.

Yes I have the same question. There is no option for a spelling error. None of the justifications seem to apply.
