I get this message once a week when setting up the workspace from home, it's only ever with NSW.
If I go into the office, it's fine.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately I don't have a resolution I can give you right now, however my advice would be to call our support team at the time of the error ( 1300 084 515) that way they can trouble shoot with you in real time. It may be browser related?

When I tried to set it up a fourth time, it went through ok from home.
I've no idea. I'm sure it's something incredibly technical causing this sporadic issue. But if I persevere it seems to work out.
