Re: NSW Request to remove expired Lease

Hi @AllyBruce

Thank you for your question.

In NSW Residual Documents and Mainstream Documents cannot currently be in the same workspace together. A Request is a Residual Document and a Lease is a Mainstream Document.

Two options:-

1. Lodge the Request and the Lease in two separate workspaces as standalone documents in the order required;

2. Lodge both documents as Dealings with Exception in the same workspace. Please ensure that the Lodgement Rules Exception Form is attached to your paper Dealings when uploaded to the workspace - https://www.nswlrs.com.au/getattachment/fdff7b22-78bb-4c75-a51e-37dc572fd57b/attachment.aspx .

You may also find the following useful when completing your dealings with exception:-

-              ‘Guidance for lodging a Dealing with Exception document’ from NSW Land Registry Services - https://www.nswlrs.com.au/getattachment/b0ce6dcd-4d6b-4428-ae61-76f4d1964133/attachment.aspx

-              RG Guidelines - https://rg-guidelines.nswlrs.com.au/e-dealings/elodgment/Residual-Documents/Dealing-with-Exception

-              Help Card attached.
