Our firm is in Victoria and we have a client who has multiple properties in NSW and we need to lodge an Application by Surviving Proprietor. The titles are all in joint names as joint tenants. In Victoria it is just a simple ASP application is this the same in NSW?? it looks like it is a bit of a different process. Being a Law Firm in Victoria are we able to lodge this ourselves or do we need to employ a NSW law firm.
