Hello PEXA community,
My wife and I have two residential properties and we are both on the titles.
We are looking at transferring the title so she's is solely on one title and I am solely on the other one.
I believe we can do so in VIC under "Natural Love and Affection Transfer", is this correct?
Are we exempt of stamp duty and CGT?
